You can also invite external contacts to join you for a conversation on the Alterdesk messenger (such as specialists from other organizations).
To add external contacts click ‘New’, after which a menu opens. In this menu you can choose to invite an ‘External contact’.
To invite an external contact enter his / her first name, last name and email address. You can also choose to add a personal message. Click ‘Send’.
Naturally, these contacts will not be listed in your ‘Co-workers’ tab, but in your ‘External contacts’ tab.
