I verified my identity on the platform but now my surname is wrong – how do I fix this?

When you use iDIN to verify your identity, our platform retrieves your personal details from your bank’s database. You can no longer edit your surname after verification – otherwise there is no use verifying your identity.

Of course, it is possible that the name iDIN retrieves is incorrect. If this is the case, you can change your name at your bank and re-verify your identity on our platform.
