How do I set a disclaimer?

If you wish to provide users who contact you through our messenger with certain information regarding the data that will be shared and your organization in general, you can choose to use a disclaimer. This disclaimer will then be shown at the beginning of a conversation.

Company disclaimers can only be set by company administrators. The field in which to enter a disclaimer can be found in the company settings, halfway down the ‘Account’ tab, under “Company Disclaimer”.

Please note: if you work at an internationally oriented organization, it might be a good idea to enter your disclaimer in multiple languages.
